Almost 2 months have elapsed.. i purchase PRo2, i try to upload
it to my own avalable hosting with domain http://www.cbbazar.com.. strange that just for an enquiry for one config file.. no body is replying my mail since 2 months.
They once insist that i must get your hosting.. other hostings are sub-standard.. where as i have ipower.com.
Ok i decide to switch to your hosting (3 months plan),, can i have
free domain or i have to subscribe for a new domain.
Pl. how much it will cost me for (Hosting 3 month plan + one domain)

Hello Monir, you can use a domain you already own or get a new domain name when you sign up for pro2 hosting we will give you a dns file to point your domain name from your current hosting company.
The prices are as follows:

If you choose to use a different hosting company you will be required to upload thescript files to your hosting company other than pro2.
I must warn you that our tech support will not be able to support you if your hosting the script with a different hosting company.

Hi. I tranfered my domain from fasthosts to yourselves on 10th February and signed up for $39.97 just to get set up and working before going annual. On getting my invoice I find I have been charged twice. Invoice No’s 4307 and 4308. Couldyou please look into refunding one invoice.
How long does it take to transfer my domain from fasthosts to yourselves.

Hello Dennis i transfer your question about your Invoices as i can not help you there. If you go to pro2hosting.com it will tell you it takes from 24-72 hrs to get up and running.
You can work on your site in your admin area as you are waiting.
You will get an email from myself or jason about your invoices.

I uploaded my site to an account which I have with hostgator, but it does not work. The instructions included with the script are extremely simple which I followed verbatim.
Has anyone successfully uploaded their site to their own private hosting account?

Dave, are you referring to changing the permissions on the config.php and config files, yes I made those changes. The website does open, but all the images are not syncing. I included my web address. Can you take a look at it and maybe make some suggestions. Thanks.
ah! now i see your problem! who are you hosting with? contact them make sure you have the nessary settings for your hosting. I have uploaded pro2 scripts to hostgator with no problems.
I know the hosting fees are a little more at pro2hosting.com but the hosting is set up to handle the script.

It was 10 February 2010 that I paid for the hosting and gave the details to transfare the domain name eclectic-market.com from fasthosts.co.uk
I was informed that this would take effect in apprx 20 hours.I unlocked the domain from Fasthosts so should have been no problems.
